  • How do I create an account with Timbroo?

    The best way is to download the mobile application from the App Store or the Play Store and choose either by using facebook to automatically create your account, or setting up your email and password manually. Once set up, you will have all your loyalty offers in one place, on your mobile device!

  • How do I earn rewards?

    Simply open the Timbroo app, touch the offer you are interested in to reveal and scan your personal code for the item you are buying at the shop. The app will automatically add another stamp to your account. Once you fill up all your stamps, you will receive your reward, which will be stored safely in the Timbroo app until you choose to use it. 

  • How do I redeem a reward?

    When you have collected a reward, it will show on your offer page near the reward icon on the top right corner of the virtual stamp card. Simply touch the reward icon in order to reveal and scan your personal code at the shop. 

  • I already have a physical stamp card, can I transfer it to Timbroo?

    Absolutely yes! Go to the shop and show your physical card, then the shop will add as many stamps onto your profile by scanning your personal code on your phone.

  • What happens if I don’t have internet connectivity while shopping?

    Your personal code will still work when you are offline. The shop will scan your code as usual, and you will see the confirmation on the shop's scanning device. Once you reconnect your mobile device, the additional stamp will automatically appear. Should you wish, Timbroo will even send you notifications to keep you updated.

  • Can I share a profile with my friends?

    Yes you can! Each profile must have only one username and password, which may be accessed from several different devices. Therefore if you and your friends all log in with the same profile, you may all earn rewards together.

  • What are special offers for?

    From time to time, our partners will launch more attractive offers for a limited time only, these will be listed here. There are also some secret offers that are only available to a select group of people who earn the right to be there.. Only those in the know will be included!

  • Will I receive spam from Timbroo?

    The loyalty offers we create are designed with you specifically in mind so that you enjoy the experience of being in the know about offers tailored to your preferences. Enjoy the experience of receiving only those offers tailored to your preferences. You won’t be bothered with useless notifications that you don’t need, that’s a promise.

  • Will Timbroo process my personal profile?

    Our mission is to respect and protect the privacy of all our customers. For this reason, your data will be completely secure and noone will take advantage of it. We will ensure that you will have the best interaction with Timbroo, always. And thats a promise.

  • My favourite shop is missing from Timbroo, can I ask for it to be included in Timbroo?

    It's great to get all of your loyalty schemes in the Timbroo mobile app, without creating unnecessary bulk in your wallet. If you think we should include a product or shop that that’s important to you, let us know and we will do our best to act upon it for you.
